IT Business Analyst with a focus on application management

Tasks:

Advising service departments to identify their process needs and potential improvements
Define requirements for modifying existing systems or introducing new solutions
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they are clear, complete, documented, and processed correctly
Support in the integration of new technologies into existing processes as well as consulting for new processes
Support in the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards and reporting
Tracking the latest trends and best practices in the fields of work
Administrative activities in application operation
Preparation of documentation and training materials, as well as internal workshops to support employees

You have an apprenticeship or a degree in the field of (business) informatics or have comparable qualifications
Good understanding of invoice assignment terms, principles, and practices
Overall understanding of business processes and their interaction with the specialist departments
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate new technologies and systems in understandable terminology to specialist departments
Experience with data warehouse and PowerBI design
Good knowledge of database system (preferably MySQL)
Good knowledge of project management and implementation of complex projects
Ideally, experience in the field of cloud technologies (preferably with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments)
You enjoy working in a team and are happy to contribute your ideas and impulses
Good written and spoken English skills
